Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken
Ingredients:
4 Chicken
Breasts
1 Cup
Barbecue Sauce
1 Cup Pineapple Chunks
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a
freezer bag and freeze if making later (be sure to thaw in refrigerator the
night before).
Empty bag in the crockpot. Cook on Low for 4-6 hours. Shred
chicken with two forks while still in the crock pot so the chicken will be well
coated with sauce. Serve over rice.
Tips:
If you're watching carbohydrate
intake, Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce has the lowest count.
Double this recipe and freeze
in separate freezer bags – it's just as easy to make two!
